Swedish Coast Guard on mission in Svalbard
The Swedish Coast Guard carry out assignments for the EU annually and in accordance with various international agreements.
It could be about discovering smuggling across the Mediterranean, oil spills in the North Sea or, most recently, fishing offences in the Norwegian Sea.
