COMPREHENSIVE TRAINING

Training is an essential part of every MSS system delivery, ensuring your team can operate and maintain the system efficiently. Our standard training package covers three key areas:

1. Operator training

2. Maintenance engineer training

3. Executive briefing

1. Operator training

Our systems are designed to be user-friendly, requiring no prior knowledge of remote sensing or advanced computer skills. What’s most important is a clear understanding of the mission objectives, such as fishery protection, border patrol, search-and-rescue, or environmental monitoring.

The Operator training is typically scheduled over two weeks:

  • Week 1: Classroom-based training with hands-on demonstrations in the aircraft.
  • Week 2: Airborne training, where we conduct two missions per day, with proper briefings and debriefings for each flight.

2. Maintenance engineer training

The maintenance engineer training aligns with the operator training and also spans two weeks:

  • Week 1: Joint training with operators, covering system fundamentals.
  • Week 2: Hands-on sessions in the aircraft, and if possible, in the intended avionics workshop for equipment support.

Upon completing the course, operators and engineers receive individual diplomas and are fully authorised to work with the system.

3. Executive briefing

The Executive briefing is a half-day presentation aimed at key personnel within your organisation or partner agencies. This session is designed to provide a high-level understanding of the system’s capabilities and mission support. Typical attendees include commanders from coordination centres (RCC, MRCC) and representatives from police, defence, and civil defence organisations.
